Reports & Alerts

In this section I will provide an explanation of what Queries, Reports and Alerts are and what they are used for.

Option	Definition
Queries	Queries are ways that you can specify a content type, a function and allocate it a condition to list required data.
Custom Content Queries	Custom Queries are ways that we can specify a view in the database, give it a function and allocate it a condition to list required data.
Reports	Reports ways to export and view the data match by a Query.
Alerts	Alerts are scheduled notifications that alert you when certain conditions have/ have not been followed.
