At this point an enquiry has likely been made about some kind of item/service that your business provides. At this point the deal is likely close to being finalized.

Prospect Details

The New Business Prospects form has another new section titled "Prospect Details". This is going to contain the information about the enquiry that the potential client made along with the contact methods, potential value, competitors and other possible services of interest.

Touch Points

Once again there is the touch points repeatable field similar to the last
section. This serves the same purpose as before but is separate simply for clarity.

Next Steps

This entire section follows the same premise as the New Business Leads. The end goal is that the business will finally decide to make a quote, and then they can be added as an organisation into your system along with the quote that they made. The button to convert their details to an organisation is also included in the New Business Prospect form.
