Frequency Conditions

Frequency Conditions allow you to set up scheduled times for when functions on Core should run. These can be used for Processes and Alerts.

Creating Frequency Conditions

Creating a Frequency can look very different depending on what type of frequency you are creating. The types of frequencies can be seen below:

Hourly

Will run once an hour on a specific minute past the hour.

Daily

Will run once a day at a specific time.

Weekly

Will run once a day at a specific time. This time can be different each day but only one time can be set.

Fortnightly

This works the same as the Weekly but will run every 2 weeks instead.

Monthly

Will run once a month on a specific date and time. Towards the end of the month, if you select 31st it will just run on the last day of the month.

Quarterly

Will run on the chosen month of the quarter. This will also run on the chosen date time for this month.

Annually

Will run once a year on a specific time for a specific date of the year.
